Ingredients:
2 servings GLP-1 Booster
1/3 cup + 2 Tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp allulose
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 whole egg
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the spooned and leveled almond flour, fiber blend, baking soda, and salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the allulose, almond milk, and egg.
- Stir wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients until combined.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-low heat, or 325F, until bubbles form on top.
- Cook the pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes per side, turning the heat to low as needed so that the middles cook without burning the outsides.
- Serve with sugar-free maple syrup.
