Pay with your HSA/FSA card

Enter your card details just like any credit card. You can pay in full using your HSA/FSA card or split it with your HSA/FSA and another card.

Subscribe

Complete your subscription purchase as usual. The TrueMed option won't appear at checkout for subscriptions.

Check Your Email

After purchase, your order confirmation email includes a TrueMed link to start the reimbursement process.

Receive a "Letter of Medical Necessity"

Click the Trumed link and complete the survey to receive your Letter of Medical Necessity.

Monthly Reimbursement

If you’re buying a subscription, here’s how it works: 1. Complete your subscription purchase by using your normal payment method. 2. After checkout, click the link provided to be directed to TrueMed’s website. 3. Answer a short questionnaire to become HSA/FSA eligible. 4. Receive a “Letter of Medical Necessity” from TrueMed. 5. To get reimbursed, submit the letter, along with your Supergut receipt and any other necessary documents, to your HSA/FSA provider. If you’re buying a one-time order, here’s what to do: 1.
